1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FootySlots ("the Service"), operated by FootySlots ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service provides facility booking management for football clubs, including pitch bookings, class registrations, coach swap negotiations, and payment processing.

2. Description of Service

FootySlots is a software-as-a-service platform that enables football clubs to:

• Manage facility bookings (pitches, halls) with full, half, or quarter units
• Handle recurring and block bookings with admin approval workflows
• Enable coach swap negotiations between coaches
• Run classes with member and coach discounts
• Process payments via Stripe
• Provide a web application for your club and its members (iOS and Android apps coming in a future release)

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

The Service supports the following user roles:

• Club Admin: Full control over club configuration, facilities, users, and approval of recurring bookings and swap requests.
• Coach: Free facility bookings, discounted classes, ability to initiate swap requests.
• Member: Discounted facility and class bookings.
• Guest: Full-price facility and class bookings, subject to approval where applicable.

4. Subscription and Free Trial

Clubs may register for a 14-day free trial. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorised access

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for bookings and classes are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in accordance with your chosen plan. Refund eligibility for cancelled bookings is determined by our refund policy. Contact us for specific refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us. Clubs retain ownership of their own content and data (including logos and colours) uploaded to the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
