What happens after I register?
You submit a registration request (no credit card). Our team reviews it—usually within 1–2 business days—then creates your club, first admin account, and 14-day trial. We help you switch on secure online payments for your club, then email you login details for the web app. After that you add facilities, hours, and invite coaches and members.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial once your club is onboarded—no credit card is required to register. Your trial starts when your club account goes live; you’ll get sign-in instructions by email when we send your onboarding message.
Do our members need to create accounts?
Yes. Members use the web app with an email and password (or sign-in link from an invite, where your club uses invites). Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Once signed in, they can see availability and book facilities or classes according to your rules.
How do payments work?
Members and guests pay by card online where you charge. During setup we help you enable payments for your club. Coaches and club admins often have free facility access, and you can set member discounts for classes—based on the roles and pricing you choose.
What about coach swaps?
Coaches can view each other’s bookings, negotiate in chat, and request swaps. When both accept a one-off swap, it completes automatically. Recurring swap requests need a club admin to approve before they take effect.
How long until we’re taking real bookings?
That depends how quickly we complete review and onboarding (often a few business days from your request) and how fast you add facilities, pricing, and users afterward. Many clubs are ready within days of receiving their admin login.
